More on Panic and Anxiety Attacks

Hello and welcome.   I’d like to speak a little more about panic and anxiety attacks today.

As we have discussed previously, breathing is an automatic bodily function and its part of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS).  This system regulates certain body processes, such as blood pressure and the rate of breathing. This system works automatically without a person’s conscious effort.  There are two parts to this system which are the Sympathetic (stimulates body processes) and the Parasympathetic (inhibits/reduces the processes).

Generally, the sympathetic division prepares the body for stressful or emergency situations which we refer to more commonly as fight or flight.   The sympathetic division  increases heart rate and the force of heart contractions and widens the airways to make breathing easier.

There is a microbe called Staphylococcus Aureus (Staphylococcus A) and when this microbe is out of resonance in the body, it can cause inflammation in the lining of the heart.

Heart inflammation can result in a form of Arrhythmia where the person can experience palpitations in the heart.  These palpitations can be associated with anxiety and therefore the body enters into the sympathetic fight/flight mode.

In applied biomagnetic therapy we find that by bringing these microbes back into biomagnetic resonance which can have a calming effect on the body. The body then returns to the more regulated state of breathing, living and being.
